About Us
Tamarack Jack's Honey and Meadery officially began in August of 2017, after receiving approval for our Cottage Winery license. Previously, we were a fully functioning apiary with a vision of re-introducing mead and sharing the benefits of honeybees with a new generation. This quickly expanded with a growing passion for agriculture, education and the farm lifestyle. With big dreams and a clear vision we hope to share this passion with everyone we meet along the way.
